Parable about Life

Life is like a book, it has many different chapter for us. But, a chapter of the book can’t define the whole value of book itself. One good chapter doesn’t mean the book is perfect. One bad chapter doesn’t mean it’s the failure of the book. So does about life.

In life, beside every beautiful thing, there’s some kind of pain. On the other hand, every pain has their own beautiful meaning. In life, good things were made to share our happiness with others, and bad things were made to learn how to be stronger each day. In life, love and loss hold hands together.

If good things in life are white and the bad things are black, then our life will be monochrome, just like a crosswalk. Some people love it tho. Like, you can never go wrong with black and white. But some people need more. They need grey, red, blue, yellow, green, magenta, purple, maroon, and so on. Because for some people, life is not just about good or bad. It’s about anything that matters, anything that makes life worth living for. There’s nothing wrong with monochromed or coloured life, because both black-and-white novel and full-colour comic are interesting, right?

It’s our choices to write on our own book. We just have to remember that there’s no white if there’s no black, and the colours means nothing if we don’t know how to see black and white. Every chapter has their own meaning. In the end, we just have to make it worth remembering.
